a wonderful escape
friendly staff quick access easy exploration many options
the friendly staff welcomed me warmly each day, always ready with a helpful suggestion or a kind word. the location allowed quick access to nearby attractions. i was also very near the public transport, which allowed easy exploration. breakfast offered many options, catering to various tastes.
the elevator was a bit slow at peak hours, which caused a short wait sometimes.

Wonderful Stay, Great Staff and Location
helpful staff local attractions food options new management
The front office staff were very helpful and understanding, especially Izzet. Everything is close by including local attractions like the Blue Mosque and bazaars. I found many options for food in the area, including familiar chains. I look forward to returning since new management took over as we were leaving.
The breakfast was quite basic. I hoped for a wider variety of options.

wonderful stay, convenient location
excellent location helpful staff proper cleaning
the location was excellent. it was very close to key attractions. the staff were helpful. the breakfast had multiple options to eat. it was a great start to my day. the room cleaning was proper. i could have a good rest.
the gym area had limited equipment. it could benefit from more variety to accommodate different workout preferences.

excellent location easy access safe visit
The location is excellent nearby many attractions. Topkapi Palace and the Blue Mosque are both easily accessible. The Grand Bazaar is a short distance away. The area offers a variety of cafes and restaurants to explore. I safe area .
The minibar was not plugged in upon my arrival I had to plug it in myself.

tram station many options short walk
The hotel sits close to the tram station. It is super easy to reach the Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet. The Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace are a short walk. Breakfast had many choices, so I liked it a lot.
