The front office staff were very helpful and understanding, especially Izzet. Everything is close by including local attractions like the Blue Mosque and bazaars. I found many options for food in the area, including familiar chains. I look forward to returning since new management took over as we were leaving.

the location was excellent. it was very close to key attractions. the staff were helpful. the breakfast had multiple options to eat. it was a great start to my day. the room cleaning was proper. i could have a good rest.

the gym area had limited equipment. it could benefit from more variety to accommodate different workout preferences.

The location is excellent nearby many attractions. Topkapi Palace and the Blue Mosque are both easily accessible. The Grand Bazaar is a short distance away. The area offers a variety of cafes and restaurants to explore. I safety was good .

The minibar was not plugged in upon my arrival I had to plug it in myself.
